Bad quality food, no service

I reported a problem with a bag of Woolies jelly babies on 30 June. I had to constantly follow up on it. They did not request the product to check and came back saying the batch has no issues. They offered a voucher (for less than the value of the product) which they never sent. I followed up twice and have had no response to this day. I still have the bag of the sweets waiting for their response. Terrible quality from a store I used to trust
