Bad quality dinner sets

I bought 2x dinner sets from your store some time ago, the 12 piece dinner sets.

I noticed when stacking the plates that not 8 or even 4 stacked looks the same or correct. I was then asked to go to the store to exchange them, previously i did the same with the everyday dinner sets as they had alot of imperfections.

The problem is a person can't drive up and down to exchange for the price they cost they should not be like samples but of good quality and checked. The refund process was fine but then there were no stock. We checked and it said another branch has stock.

I went to that branch and they did not have or kept stock out for me. The day after i went to another branch and they had alot. I went through 5 boxes to find two full sets without imperfections. This evening when i put the plates in stack of 4 or 8 ontop of eachother the same issues of no plates looking the same.

Do have pics i can send to show. Don't believe these should be priced as the full price as i have seen other retailers with plates that don't have these issues.
