Bad quality crockery

<p>I bought a crockery set from Woolworths last year and 90% of the set is chipped or cracked. I contacted Woolworths customer care last week to complain about the quality and the lady's response was that I had a six month guaranty on products. But I do not have any of the slips for the set of 24. I've bought my previous set from Woolies and the quality was excellent. But now, just bad quality! And NOT cheap! I am a Woolies shopper but will rethink it in the future.</p>
