On the 24th May 2025 I purchased a padded bra at your Cape Gate branch and On the 30 May after wearing the bra twice the wire came out.

I celebrated by 40th Birthday on the 30th May 2025, I went to woolworths for my whole outfit as I was looking for quality, while celebrating at my party the wire of the bra started coming out and was scratching me the whole evening, I am sure you can imagine the discomfort and pain I was experiencing.

It my first time purchasing a padded bra and the experience was terrible, the Woolworths quality I was looking for failed me completely
