Bad quality bags

I bought a sling bag at Woolworths Claremont, and the button to close the bag broke and came out. The bag is only 2 weeks old. Bag is just expensive and poor quality. I could have bought the same thing somewhere else for R150 and could have lasted for months, but I paid more for this, and it's poor quality.

I can't even send the bag back because I lost the receipt.
