Bad Quality at high prices!!!!!!

I bought a pair of leather boots (Panel Block Heel *** - Black) worth R1000, had it on for work for about one week and the colour of the heel is already changing, and a slight abrasion on the heel is allowing me to see that the heel is entirely plastic, just a synthetic suede covering, no wonder the colour is changing! I expect quality when buying from Woolies and especially at such a high price. This is pathetic!!!! I tried to return it to the Canal Walk Branch but the highly unprofessional and very rude women at the exchange tellers told me that there is no other stock in Cape Town. What do I do now? I don't want my money back! I bought this boot, if I wanted my money I wouldn't have bought a boot! I expect the same boot, or at least a repair! Woolies quality my ass! I will never purchase clothing from them again!
