Bad Quality and Bas Customer service

today the 03.01.2023 I went to Woolworths Canal Walk store at 16:30,i took my sons school sneakers back as it has a quality fault I was told by Abigail and Jodene Clothing Manegers in Customer service that they won’t able to take it as they say they quality Policy is 6 months I’m not happy as i am a Woolworths customer this is the kind of service I get,
