Bad Quality !!!

I bought a pair of sneakers less than a year ago and it has already opened up 🙄 Whatever happened to quality Quality service Quality products I obviously do not keep a receipt for something I don't expect to brake or tear in this instance I'm still in shock as the pricing doesn't match the quality any more
