Bad quality

I bought a shoe at Woolworths county road in September last year and I noticed the following month that my shoe had opened in front (spoilt)I then took the shoe back the exchanged the shoes for the same type of shoe and then on the 18th of April I noticed that the same thing had happened to my shoe I went back in store as the 6 month quality policy was still valid the manager at century city told me that I should come back when I remember the exact date I bought the shoe and told him that my sister would now because I was with her the day I bought the shoe I was only able to get the exact date from my sister yesterday coz she had to check for pictures of the day we went to make the exchange I then went to century city last night and the manager that was in store told me that the is nothing that Woolworths can do for me as the quality policy date had expired and he gave me attitude until I asked for the store managers email address that’s when he asked to take pictures of my shoe I am so disappointed at the service First and the quality I got from Woolworths
