Bad Quality

I'm a Woolworths Promenade right now where a Zaakir Sales Manager is so hasty to get rid of me telling of a process that he himself doesn't know how it works. I bought a shoe on 24 December and within a week the shoe is worn out and they is insist, it is not a quality issue cause the shoe is not broken. My daughter wear the shoe for three times and its worn out and it's not a quality issue so he says, ask to explain to me how is it not a quality issue and he says can't for he is not a technologist. I'm really not happy about this.
