Bad quality!

I bought a pair of morning slippers and a pair of school shoes in August at Woolworths in Nelspruit Ilanga Mall. Currently both pairs are no longer wearable after three months! I sent an email to customer service and no response I called customer service this morning am told to go to a store and the shoes will be sent for assessment.When asked how long this will take am told she has no idea in meantime I must buy new school shoes as obviously my son cannot go to school without school shoes. Am very disappointed with the service and quality they have just lost a loyal customer.
