Bad Quality

Good Day, I am a frequent shopper at Woolworths.. I bought a lovely pair of leather shoes from your store, but the same thing happens after 4/5 wears. The bottom of the shoes cracks. The style is ********** 58, the 3rd pair now has cracked at the bottom. I have never had to keep my till slips from your store as I am always happy, unless I buy an item to try on at home. I called your Walmer Park branch and explained my situation about the shoes and the manager I spoke to quite rudely told me, "maybe I should buy myself another pair" I paid R700.00 for a pair of leather shoes and expected them to last like my boots I purchased from Woolworths 4 years ago, but obviously not. I understand that I don't have a slip to get my money back, but this should be looked at differently as there seems to be a problem with this shoe. and I see that it is no longer available on your website.
