bad quality

i bought myself of geniun leather pumps at woolworths to the value of R250.00, i only had it on once and the pumps is starting to tare all around, i was told because i had it on it cannot be returned, i feel that my money has been wasted and customer satisfaction has not been met, i am so upset that my money has gone to waste
