Bad pumps

<p>I bought a pair of pumps about two months ago. I had been travelling and really busy at work and had worn these shoes a few times only. These are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. I had not had the time to return them until yesterday 31 July . I got to the teller and they said that I can't return it because the return date had expired. I was so upset as the expiry date was not that long and what do I do with such uncomfortable shoes?I will not wear them again and I really don't have money to waste. I thought that Woolworths only sold quality items and had good customer service. But I was obviously wrong.</p>
