Bad product and poor customer service

I recently bought the new kilimanjaro coffee beans(in the rose gold packaging) from Woolworths and was appalled at the taste and strength of the coffee. I had previously bought the freshly roasted Kilimanjaro beans at the Waterstone branch which were delicious and thought they'd be similar. I was wrong. It tasted nothing like it, in fact I can't tolerate the taste at all. It is truly disgusting. Having bought 4 bags of the 500g packs, I phoned the customer care line on Monday morning 4th August, was told a food technologist would be in contact with me. 1 week later and I'm still waiting for the call. I am appalled by the service I've received from a 'supposedly'premium brand in South Africa......
