Bad pricing I had experienced

I went to buy bread at Woolworths today morning price on the shelf is different from the price on the system they made me wait and didn't want to override the price from the one I saw n took a picture at the shelf the supervisor and merchandiser were not helpful and had bad attitude towards me. I stood for 20min to get my full refund from the tills. I left the store with no bread. I'm truly sad from the expirexperience I had in Woolworths Lambton germiston today. Price was R16.19 from the shelf n I was charged R19.99 at tills. I spoke to cashier showed her the price confirms that it's R16.19 but the supervisor was making up stories having a bad attitude. I would like the store to call me and apologise for such drama I received today as I'm a regular customer.
