Bad/Poor customer service

I bought sandals at woolies Midlands Mall on the 24th of September , I wore them for the couple of hours but they were not as comfortable as I expected,they were hurting me badly in between my toes I couldn't wear them for the rest of the day. Today when I took them back to the shop to explain what was the problem they were just not interested in what I was saying instead they told me that the shoes are a genuine leather so they of a good quality meanwhile the issue was not the quality when I was trying to demonstrate with the similar shoe I was wearing the lady asked me if my shoe was a leather or not without even listening to what I was trying to explain . Eventually they said they will send the shoes for quality check and I tried telling them that the issue is not the quality of the shoe it is something that I believe should be on the shoe so that the shoe don't hurt of which all the other similar shoes I checked on the floor have got the thing in between the toes. They filled in the form they asked me to write my address on the form they didn't even take down my name let alone my contact number<br> I am so disappointed I didn't expect such bad treatment and attitude from Woolis
