Bad Planning poor service

I am so disgusted my the profiling and poor management skills shown by Westgate mall. Mitchell's plain. On the 24th all the stires opened at 7h30 the lonh lines WW was terrible. We asked to see a manager he came out ans said even of he opened the store there is no stuff to buy fridges are empty. He said that its the company not him that only sends the trucks late. I work in Claremont and I have been at their stores at 8 shelves arr fully stocked with decent cakes amd a variety ro choose from Why only in Mitchell's plain does the truck only arrive at 8h30 then to top it up when the store does open we told that westgate mall only gets 3 cakes s me lone.. So you telling me sjrinh Eid and Xmas you think only 3 people in the plain celebrates Eid or xmas.... K bought raspberries which are not cheap all the items has a 1 day sheld life so by next day ita off. Are u sending ur waste to Mitchell's plain.. Bevauw Rondebosch and Claremont and constantia is not treated this way. On xmas morning the stores opens same story on repeat. Staff runs in at the store at 8h50 yo 8h55 clients been standing since 7h30 to support this company. On 26th i was client number 1 in a very long line same story only to top it up.. The cake and most fridges waa empty i asked to see a manager the responded and i quote.. There is nothing he can do i should complain on line he worked at other stores but never had s truck arriving so late and empty fridges and omly getting 3 cakes per line.. Every yesr its same im going to tik tok facebook because coloured areas are always being trested this way. What mudt i do with raspberry that expire in a day.. The staff working at mplain are unpleasant and think they doing us a favour, unfriendly and the packing the stuff are rude. As the client waits at a empty cake stands the person says we did not receive cupcakes really on a boxing day. Poor management why mot decrease ur clothes and make a more upmarket woolworths with a better variety of food cake and desserts do ur homework. Treat client better.. Make the change.i expect a voucher for my waste product woolies sends to Mitchell's olain.
