Bad payer record for a R48 admin fee I've never been asked to pay

Woolworths financial services are a threat to your credit rating. Avoid a woolworths account at all costs if you want to keep a good credit record. I had an account with a small balance of R1500 and I would pay about 300 per month. As I work for myself I don't get paid on the 1st so I'd pay twice the previous month so I can pay on the 7th or 8th or 15th the next month. EVERY MONTH WAS RECORDED AS A BAD PAYER. I then closed the account. I was told that the balance was R48 or something and paid that instore but they refuse to lose their accounts instore. They say do it online. There is no online process to close your woolworths account. I'm applying for a bond and Woolworths have recorded me as a bad payer for R48 in July 2019, but have never ever sent an account, an invoice, an sms or any other demand. Worst credit management I have ever experienced.
