Bad online service...******** people

Your online service sucks,i bought Lux beauty soap which appeared at R3.49 online .my account was debited and wròng beauty soap was delivered which charged R12.49 and Woolworths debited the extra amount from my account again..i have since emailed and phoned you with no luck.i went to your store @ kerk street Johannesburg cbd and I was told they can only give me a gift card. I want to buy bath soap somewhere cheap and I can't use their gift card in any other store...Woolworths why do you debit and process the sale without checking if you have stock available.?
