Bad online service Woolworths George

Its with great sadness that I now have to resort to this review here after been an client of Woolworths for many years. Every online order from the Warehouse from George Store in the Western cape is either picked incorrectly or no stock and when i complain the answer is simply their DC has not topped them up properly. This was the last straw today when i was charged and short delivered 10 items. Wake up Management at Woolworths your staff are either not trained properly or just simply *********** to handle online service for Woolworths. The poor Delivery company are the once getting the flack from client when the products are not delivered or just not there. I have even bought on my credit card at times instead of my store card and never ever did i see when items are not delivered any from of communication from the of credit of goods not delivered. Its not acceptable any longer.
