Bad online service , unsatisfactory product.

I ordered a perfume online . Only to get an old , dirty perfume bottle that is not in its original packaging and no form of effort was made when packaging the perfume .

I called their online help service immediately after getting the perfume and was asked to send images of which I did . Only to be told I will get a response in 48 hours .
