Bad online service

I am highly disappointed with woolworths online shopping experience, seems to be a ****. I payed for my order at checkout when I was ordering then 3 days later after they had delivered the order they debited my order payment again. I've called numerous times and I have sent numerous emails yet no assistance. Honestly this is ridiculous they promote online shopping only to **** us for our money... Please just repay my money
