Bad online service

Such bad service from woolworths online, my order got canceled and when I go back to check if maybe the items are out of stock, they are not! I called them and was told to reorder. Have we become so detached that we think money grows on trees? Where must I get more money to reorder when my money from my order has not reflected? So disappointed
