Bad Online Service!!!

I am extremely disappointed at the Online Service! i have been trying to purchase a top i saw online from last week and i have been having issues during the checkout process!!! i have made many attempts to call the help line and all it does is just rings... eventually get a hold of customer service and they put me through to online service but still no answer... i mentioned that i have been trying to purchase my items and i am afraid its going to be out of stock soon... even emailed! still no response! Today i log on to purchase again and my items are out of my cart because they are out of stock! Extremely disappointing! what must i do now? I have lost out on something i really wanted.... because of poor service! and no assistance!!!
