Bad Meat and Bad Service

I purchased quite a few goodies from Woolies in my area.I then discovered after cooking the beef i had purchased is not proper or decent meat.It is so tough after cooking it for 2hours and it has an awful taste.I then called the Woolworths CS and was promised somebody would get back to me.The guy also checked with me if i had the meat i said sure i kept some of the meat for them to check.I asked if they are feeding people horse meat now.Its the next day and no ref number received absolutely no interest on Woolworths side.Very bad service as this is serious it is bad meat but no action from them what so ever.Food Safety is very important if you did not know.Disgusted Consumer
