Bad management- poor customer service

I was very irritated and annoyed by Woolworths Kerk Street, we do know that alcohol is not sold after 1700. I got there yesterday 25th June 16:15, they haven't close the wine division. I took a bottle of wine to buy, i sat in a very long Que, around 1700, whilst still in the Que, one of their staff came through and told me that i cant buy that bottle of wine. I told her i have been in the Que since 16:15, she told me that they called people buying wines in the Que to come and pay before 1700. I was there in the Que,i didn't hear anything, you can check your surveillance camera. At 1700 thats when they close the wine division. This is ridiculous, why dont you close that division an hour prior to 1700, you make people to have high hopes, sit in the long Que and that's when you tell them they cant buy it. Please stop misleading us, be proactive like other stores, they close the alcohol and hour before 1700 or they honor their clients needs if they are still still inside the stores if it is 1700. Please stop this nonsense.
