Bad management

In addition to the fact that our table and chairs looked messy and and dirty, this is my complaint-We placed a very simple order for 2 smoothies at the woolies coffeeshop, Someset West's Flagship branch, of which we are regularl customers. We waited 30min before the manager happened to stumble upon on us and asked of we're ok. We waited another 15min before the manager(waitress disappeared) brought out our order in take away cups, mumbling something about a large take away order coming in before us, and the kitchen only having 2 blenders, then left our table in such a hurry before we could question the terrible looking take away cups. No one bothered to handle the situation, we never saw the waitress again and when we went to pay in tthe front, the managered immediately turned in his footsteps when he saw us approaching and headed to the bathroom. I wouldn't have bothered to complain at all if it wasn't for the terribly unprofessional behavior of the manger. I am very very perturbed and really expected better service at the so called best branch in the country.
