Bad ice cream experience

I went to woolworths at campus square to purchase the soft scoop fantastical but unfortunately it was sold out . I then Bought the famous tin roof ice cream mainly because it was extremely hot and the kids wanted something yummy. To my surprise the nuts in the ice cream was completely burnt and one couldn't enjoy the ice cream at all. What a waste of time though ,I thought the nuts should be roasted not burnt
