Bad handled by Manager and Security

The manager and security staff at Eastgate disgust me. I went to Dischem and bought few items then went to Woolworths. The security allowed me to pass with items. To my suprise on my way out the sensor at the door beeped. The same security came to check now refused to let me pass saying I stole it. Even after several attemps to have a receipt brought to them they refused my exit. I was running late to work but they continued to humilate me. With the sallow brain of both parties manager and securities they could not go check if the bar codes belonged to their store. I am very angry with their way of handling situations like these, hence I am still seeking legal advise on the matter. The question I asked was cant they verify if the item was theirs by checking their stock on hand barcode and see if that was not aDischem stock, they had mo idea but kept treating me like *****. I want this addressed and attended to. Im very angry
