Bad food service

Yestady 15/01/2020 bought a cake black forest at Woolworths main street in johannesburg the cake was very bad the cream look old and it tasted old when you cut the cake it becomes crumbled and the cake is not soft the cherry they put on the cake it's hard I always buy woolies cake but never met this bad experince
