BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WOOLWORTHS WOODLANDS MALL CLIENT SERVICES!!

BAD SERVICE!!! CLIENT SERVICE WOODLANDS MALL AND CAPE TOWN DEPARTMENT!! I went to ask them to give me a new card for my account. MY NAME is on the card loud and clear, but my son is the main member. My card is given to me with my name on it... they go and BLOCK MY CARD that i had for 15 years!!! Without telling me or warning me, making my name bad at the tills!!!! I loved Woolworth's and i spend thousands a month in their stores but never ever again!!!!
