Bad Experience with Woolworths Financial Services

Being paying insurance for my personal load for years and I happen to lose my job due to Covid 19 last year, I reported the matter to woolworths so they can pay out or settle my loan or at least reduce my installment but till today they failed to do, I am very disappointed I choice to pay the insurance on my loan for such difficult times but now they don't even care about my situation.
