Bad experience with Woolworths credit department

Woolworths credit card department employees they act as if they are on training when you need their help as opposed to when they offer you credit, they even know when to call. I have been going up and down just because I needed assistance with regards to my credit card. I spoke to a lady called Nandi who assured me that my problem is being solved only to find out that it is not. When I complained to them they told me to send me a complain while they do not even respond email, how will my time be reimbursed to me by lodging a complain. I am really disappointed and feel like credit providers take advantage of us as if we are not paying.
