Bad experience with Woolies and Fastway couriers

I am frustrated honestly, I ordered from woolies online and my parcel has not arrived. The courier guy from Fastway was supposed to deliver my parcel. He left me one missed call and left the premises. Worse part I tried to call him 10 times after the effect, no answer. I called woolies customer care, they could not help either. Are our things safe from shopping online at wollies? I wonder.

I also contacted the courier service, they could not get hold of the guy... I regret buying online from woolworths.
