Bad experience with order

I bought golf shirts to the value of R18k online and my order was not delivered on the date as per the order. The order arrived 2 days later and when it arrived there was one box missing which was later delivered on the following day. I had to make several calls to get my order delivered. I was later called by the team manager called Che telling me that i would receive a compensation voucher, till to date i have not received the voucher i was promised.
