Bad experience with CAVENDISH staff

I am utterly disgusted by the service i received from Danell in Cavendish Square,since Wednesday they have been giving me the run around. As a previous employee of Woolworths i had requested for them to provide me with a printout of a payslip as it required where i am seeking employment currently. I am unable to provide with a staff number because i left the company a long time ago i further on provided them with my ID number ,address and contact details hoping they will be able to assist me they have been nothing but dismissive and didnt show interest to my request.She kept on saying she's new to the company when i requested to speak to my previous manager she said that wont be possible. This is costing me my opportunity to be employed after 2 years of being unemployed my offer will be revoked next week if i do not have the documents that are required by my potential employer.
