Bad experience at Woolies sandton

Today I have a very bad shopping experience at Woolworths Sandton. I’ve shopped at Woolies for my kids I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. This lady Mamphoko is not knowledgeable about the vouchers and couldn’t even bother reading the voucher to understand before she sent me from pillar to post. Mamphoko is proper training and be trained on customer service cause she’s got non of those very rude on top of that. I would be embarrassed if didn’t know what required from me. To an management position and know nothing. What kind of example is she to her subordinates. I’m not happy at all I’m disappointed Woolie it is known for good customer service.
