Bad experience

I tried registering for Woolworths online but its such a daunting task. Firstly, you wait forever for the OTP they "sent " to the phone. It does not come through no matter how many times you resend. Secondly, the ***does not go through. They have been complaining about technical issues with their lines forever now.
