Bad experience

Woolworth Canal walk Saturday 3/06/23 After standing in a long que for more than a half hour at customer service and questioning the the supervisor got ignored. Got to the cashier only to get insulted upon returning something and purchasing a pair of boots that cost over R1000 only to be asked by the cashier if I'm sure I can afford to purchase the said boots. Get to the grocery section only to be told they sold out only have stock for tomorrow wich was not packed or ready to be sold. Complained to a department manager name was taken and cell yet no recourse not my 1st bad experience
