bad email service -no reply has been more than a week

good day on the 6th may 2020 i emailed queries and insurance department with regards to my loan account with Woolworths-i just need to find out how many months i have left before i have to start paying this account again ...can someone urgently let me know ...there was a claim on it for retrenchment last year ...
