Bad delivery service

I've been ordering from Woolworths East London for just over three years now and never had an issue with delivery.

This morning on my Granny's birthday I ordered I cake last night so that it would be delivered early this morning. Woolies called me but cut the call when I answered and apparently the driver said it's not safe, Since WHEN??? I spoke to two different agents and no one is able to assist me this is PATHETIC for a store with such high values "APPARENTLY"
