Bad delivery service

Woolworths delivery team is never on time.

They sent out an sms saying order out on delivery, but the orders never get delivered on that day.

Sometimes 3 days later if I’m lucky.

I called Woolworths customer care and informed them of this repeated issue, even asked them for the courier company’s number so I can call the courier myself, they refused to give me the phone number and said they will contact the courier’s themselves but never ended up getting back to me, nor did they deliver my order!
