Bad dash service st woolworths

Woolies dash I placed an order at 15:53pm and I was given a delivery time for 5 to 6pm. I got worried at 5:30pm when there was no update on the app. I called and I was told they waiting for a driver 18:18pm I called again the order is on its way only then and I was waiting for unions nothing major 7stuff. They then mentioned there was a delay why I'm not sure, this is horrible what is happening to us as humans to cook its so hard even when you pay for it. SAD that woolworths can me so disappointing olso mentioning the refund takes 3 to 5 working days and we must pay immediately when placing orders.
