Bad Customer Services at Woolworths Fourways

I have a huge query regard The customer service at woolworths fourway country road. I had an item that I wanted to pay for but upon waiting for more than 5 minutes at the till with no help. I went searching for help. I came a across someone wearing team leader badge and her name was Danisile. She told me she can’t help me cause she doesn’t have any tellers and I must go to customer care. I have been a regular customer at country road and I have never experienced such treatment
