Bad customer service woolworths nelspruit crossing

Bad customer service, went to Nelspruit crossing woolworth to purchase goods, transaction was approved by my bank the POD switched during the process. Bank advised funds can be made available only as per store request. Mncedisi Tibane( management) refused to follow the request and stated he will NEVER do that. Funds are still pending on my side
