Bad customer service in closing off the account and personal loan

What a hell experience with woolworths, I have paid off my credit card together with loan .I have also emailed proof of payments and went to the store to request the closing off my acc but still no help.im a so Disadvantaged due to this.i ve tried everything Nd been a loyal customer but the treatment I got it's a hell.
