bad customer service for big store like woolworths

I have been to woolworths ballito for a sale that was talking place so when I was trying to go down stairs to lady's department my dress got caught in to the escalator when I told the manager Belinda she just said I log a call never even try to see if I was okay.she also said that head office will call me so I went there a month later has to find out what are they going to for damages they offered me 200rand voucher and told me i was wrong this happen on the 27/07/2018 .they called me all the time for pickup voucher and I am a woolworths customer for years before even the store open in ballito very unhappy I got pictures
