Bad customer service experience

I purchased 2 bags of cheese at Woolworths to make pizza the cheese did not melt and gave a flour texture. Very disappointing as the cheese have no taste and not edible. After telling everyone woolies has the best cheese im done dirty like this. Pizza was for iftar for the kids very disappointed in wasting food and time. I then sent an email to the customer service. It is the correct email as I got a response saying an agent will contact me soon. no contact has been made for about 2 weeks now and I sent 3 emails and tried calling but no answer. Very poor service. Not happy. Bad customer experience
