Bad customer service

On the 3rd December last week Sunday, I went to make purchases and and do exchange in woolworths prominate mall,I have 3 exchange 2 for my husband top and trouser and dress for my child those this were bought by a family member as gift to them,unfortunately the top was big and trousers was school so we have to return them to any store because they still have a bar code and we were not provided any slip fine,went to woolworths they did exchange or take the trousers because they are claiming they don't have it on their store didn't even help me to check which store I can go too also they attitude i received to people who were assisting me, I no longer go to the store they are not welcoming especially if you want to return something they did this before luck I have my reward card so they check the item I bought there am no longer shop there i do my shopping at somerset mall then monday I called customer service complaining was told the store manager will call me didn't receive the call till today wensdsy I call the store was told manager is not available left message still no call back what kind of behavior is that
